About Charles R. Stanley
Charles brings 17+ years of K-12 leadership across the public, charter, and foundation sectors. Most recently Vice President of School Quality and Growth at BLAQUE KC, he previously led a turnaround of KIPP New Jersey's highest-need high schools as Head of Schools, cutting suspensions in half, and opened the first elementary charter school in Mississippi as Founding Principal of Smilow Collegiate, work that exemplifies how excellent schools are created. At Edurizon Consulting, he now partners with systems and school leaders to translate that experience into sustainable results.
